netplan apply 或 netplan-ovs-cleanup.service返回错误：

Permissions for /etc/netplan/90-gce-predictable-interface-name.yaml are too open. Netplan configuration should NOT be accessible by others.

解决办法

apt install openvswitch-switch -y &&
netplan apply
